What should
be in
your
travelling first
aid kit?
Accidents can happen at any time. Be prepared for any eventuality by keeping a well-stocked first
aid kit in your vehicle at all times.
Check the contents regularly and replace any expired medicine and items as soon as they have been
used.
You can add items to your first aid kit when going on longer trips such as holidays to cater for
minor illnesses and injuries.
If you have young children, secure your first aid kit and keep it out of their reach.
