Netcare 911 KZN shines with a Diamond Arrow at PMR Awards
Trust in Netcare 911 was recently recognised with a Diamond Arrow PMR Award following the much-anticipated annual survey across KwaZulu-Natal companies.
The recipients of PMR awards are selected based on research where companies and institutions are rated based on respondents' perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction by consulting and research company PMR.africa.

“We are extremely grateful for the high level of trust that members of the public have in Netcare 911 emergency medical services, and wish to thank all the members of our KwaZulu-Natal team for the hard work, passion and dedication that this award reflects,” says Gary Paul, Netcare 911’s head of coastal operations.
Paul, accompanied by Netcare 911’s operations managers in the province Dewald Schoeman, Dean Ramnarain and Nicole Lester, accepted the award on behalf of all Netcare 911 staff, including the paramedics and all who work behind the scenes to ensure the public is in safe hands.
