So says Sarah McKaw, general manager of Netcare Margate Hospital, which has been awarded its fourth Diamond Arrow Award, following the annual survey across KwaZulu-Natal’s South Coast industries by consulting and research company PMR.africa.

This is the highest possible rating in the private hospital/clinics category and was presented at the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast Business Excellence Awards event hosted by PMR.africa at the San Lameer Resort Hotel earlier this month. The awards are the culmination of an independent research process whereby companies and institutions are rated against criteria relating to the economic growth and development of KwaZulu-Natal’s South Coast. This takes into account levels of managerial expertise, implementation of corporate governance, brand awareness and levels of innovation. “Our team here at Netcare Margate Hospital is dedicated to upholding and delivering on Netcare’s values of care, dignity, participation, truth and compassion. Knowing that this is recognised by the community we are so privileged to serve,  is truly an honour and we wish to thank the people of Margate for their ongoing support. We would like to offer our utmost assurances of our continued commitment to providing the best and safest care to all who come through our doors,” concluded McKaw.
