Centurion’s Medicross Saxby was recently awarded a Bestmed Top Ten Network Family Practitioners annual certificate of excellence, following the results of the scheme’s Voice of the Patient survey.
According to Dr Hirsch Jocum, managing practitioner at Medicross Saxby, the practitioners received a 100% patient satisfaction score across all four quarters of 2021, qualifying the facility and the team to receive the prestigious award.

Medicross Saxby was rated on a list of criteria including: recommended to family and friends; excellent communication; customer service; appropriateness of diagnostic testing; and excels at doctor-patient relationship.
