Corporate
emergency medical services (EMS)
Netcare 911's corporate EMS cover enables employers to provide their workforce with world
class emergency medical care in the event of unforeseen workplace incidents and accidents.
How does corporate
EMS
cover work?
We manage any workplace medical emergency throughout South Africa — in compliance with the
Occupational Health and Safety Act.
We provide employers with an end-to-end service through our state of the art aeromedical
services and road ambulances, and the Netcare Group’s extensive hospital network.
Access model
Fee-for-service (FFS)
Any transportation or response costs are charged for on a FFS basis. In most cases, however, the costs will be covered by the Compensation Commissioner, medical scheme or client.
This provides clients with peace of mind
knowing that Netcare 911’s vast EMS infrastructure is at their disposal 24/7.
